Justin loves to build community and support those in need.

Together we will do work through the body. We will create a mindfulness practice, we will tackle small t’s and big T’s. Are you ready to discover a new life?

It is through reconnecting with our bodies that we can begin to heal the wounds of trauma.

in my coaching program we will work in three distinct ways: MIND, BREATH, & BODY.

Our coaching map will include

MIND: 1:1 work, both talk therapy and somatic exercises. We will create a plan. Through that plan we cohesively set goals.

BREATH: Create a mindfulness practice using group and individual practice.

BODY: Yoga & somatic exercises. The body holds true wisdom. The centuries old tradition of yoga holds much wisdom. We will use yoga and yogic wisdom to deepen our understanding and connection to the body. Somatic exercises will further help us understand the teachings of our body.
